Now I found out that there is a way to get the fresh milk delivered to your door; only one phone call away... and that was my problem. I hate calling in any country, but especially in India. Lucky for me there was also an email address. So in stead of me calling them, they were calling me; which is NOT an improvement because I still don't understand what they are saying.
But that's where our maid is invaluable. She called the company and set up a meeting. Face to face it's still difficult sometimes to understand what people are saying, but at least you can read some bodylanguage as well.
So today I got my first batch of milk and while we were discussing when, where and what to deliver they tell me "On these days between 4.30 and 5 it will be at your door", so I'm thinking ah, they deliver in the afternoon?! Silly me, it will be delivered at 5 in the morning!!!
Well I'm sorry but at 5 I'll still be in bed and I'm not getting up for a liter of milk, I don't care how fresh it is.. So we settled for a delivery timeslot of 7.30 to 8.. Now lets keep our fingers crossed and see if this works out.
